Garron Elmes

Garron Elmes has been the winemaker at Lake Breeze since the very first days of the winery.  Now a Canadian citizen, Garron was born in Capetown, South Africa.  He attended Elsenburg College in Stellenbosch, gaining diplomas in both oenology and viticulture.  Though he has become a hockey fan, his true sports passion is rugby and the South African Springboks.  Garron welcomes you to the  farm to sample his wines, which emphasize the true character of the varietal  -- from our signature Pinot Blanc to our Seven Poplars Pinot Noir.
