Join us for this spectacular evening of wine and food. Chef Mark Ashton will prepare an unforgettable 5 course dinner, and Winemaker Garron Elmes will pair each course with our Seven Poplars series of wines. To ensure our guests can fully appreciate the wine pairings, we are including a complimentary shuttle to get you to and from the event.
