2009 Zephyr Brut Released

Good things come to those who wait.  Lake Breeze has not made many vintages of Zephyr Brut - to be honest, it's a bit of a pain.  The 1999 and 2004  bubblies were great, but the 2009 is phenomenal.  Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it is rich and elegant with a fine mousse and the classic flavours that develop when a secondary ferment takes place in the bottle.  We designed a fine new label too.  Enjoy!
