2010 Bench White (0 dry) Summer in a glass was our inspiration for this blend of Viognier, Muscat & Gewurztraminer. This delightful wine pairs well with lighter summer fare, or on its own, well chilled on a summer day. 2010 Seven Poplars Chardonnay (0 dry) This premium Chardonnay is barrel fermented in new French oak and then aged a further six months in barrel, while 30% of the blend remained in stainless steel. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that is abundant with rich, ripe tropical fruit flavours. $24.90

2010 Rosé (0 - dry) Our rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Merlot, left on the skins to ferment for 5 days, at which time the juice was drawn off. Lush, ripe berry flavours abound on the nose and palate. This wine is dry and made to accompany food.
