2009 Zephyr Brut (0 dry) A bottle fermented sparkling wine made using the traditional method from 100% Pinot Noir.  This bubbly was aged en tirage for 12 months, and displays all the classical aromas of bread & yeast, yet still retains vibrant fresh fruit characteristics.   $29.90
