Just unearthed from the basement a gift bottle of Lake Breeze Tempest, dated by the remaining half of the label to 2005. It's rather nice with the edge of the Cabernet Franc and Sauvigon still present but somewhat mellowed. I can recommend cellaring this vintage for twenty years, and it would probably be further improved by a decade more.
